I am very excited to provide counseling services at the North Portland Growth Place!I believe that YOU are an expert on YOU, and that sometimes YOU can get stuck. That is where I come into the picture. I am able to look at any given situation and help you to find the possible solutions or resolutions that will work best for you. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Counseling Techniques. I believe that it is my job to help you find a way to get “un-stuck”, whether it is in your life, your relationships, your job, or your thinking.
