Lights... Camera.
.. PANIC!

Are you suffering from performance anxiety in an area of life where you know you can shine?

Are plagued by stage fright and therefore you’re either not doing what you love or barely suffering through it?

Are you tired of all that DREAD weighing you down when you know you could feel so light?

Hi. I’m Rebecca Kane. I’m not a counselor or a therapist like many of my colleagues here at The Growth Place (so contact one of them for your therapy needs). I practice

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - a relatively new method for facilitating change in your life.

As an introvert with extroverted passions (sports, dancing, music, theatre, voiceover) I had to figure out some way to “transcend my fear” - a phrase my voice teacher said to me over and over again - so that I could perform in front of people without freaking out.

The problem was I couldn’t transcend my fear using traditional methods. Nothing worked.

EFT works when nothing else can. It’s simple. It’s effective. And it doesn’t take long to see results.

My goal is to help you eliminate the sensations and side effects of performance anxiety and teach you ways to help yourself in a pinch.

EFT can help professional, amateur, or aspiring:

dancers

golfers

yoga teachers

singers

gymnasts

voiceover artists

actors

basketball players

cheerleaders

musicians

synchronized swimmers

radio broadcasters

slam poets

figure skaters

conductors

To learn how to transcend your fear, email me at Rebecca.C.Kane@gmail.com

 and let’s get started.

~ Rebecca
