Summer is coming to a close. School has started up for most families with children. Many of us look forward to getting back into amore structured routine, after summer break. The Fall season means different things to different people, for some it is harvest time, for others creative energy is at a peak. Some look forward to cozying up for winter, preparing for holiday celebrations, others begin to feel anxious about the holidays, or about the decreasing number of daylight hours and associated mood changes. Historically, Fall is the time to prepare for a figurative hibernation, and experience renewal as the winter solstice passes in December. Take some time to reflect on what this season means to you? Ponder how you deal with transitions and change? How can you take care of yourself through this season of change?
