The North Portland Growth Place is conveniently located on the corner of North Lombard Street and North Oatman Avenue, about one mile west of I5 and Interstate Avenue. 
The address is
7415 North Oatman Avenue, Portland, OR 97217. 
Bus line 17 stops in front of the building on Lombard, and if you bike, feel free to park bikes in back yard (through wooden gate off Oatman).  Drivers, you may park in the small parking lot next to building off Lombard or along Oatman on the street.  The main entrance is on Oatman, up the stairs and in the front door.  Please let yourself in, have a seat in the waiting room, but keep your noise level down as there may be therapy in progress in adjacent offices.
